Can I switch between plans?
Yes. When paid subscriptions launch, you'll be able to upgrade from Free to Premium at any time, or downgrade from Premium back to Free. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you'll lose Premium features but your free listing remains active.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online card payments aren't available yet — paid Premium subscriptions are coming soon. Every UK funeral director can register a free listing today, and you can contact us to register interest for Premium.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Not yet, but we're planning to introduce annual billing discounts. Enterprise customers can negotiate annual terms with our sales team.
Do you offer refunds?
When paid subscriptions launch there's no long-term contract — you can simply cancel and it won't renew the following month. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you keep your free listing regardless.
How do I know how many leads I'll get?
Lead volume depends on your area and competition. Funeral directors in active markets typically receive several enquiries per month through their listing. Premium placement in top 3 search results significantly increases visibility and leads.
