You can submit a review by visiting the funeral director's profile page and clicking the 'Write a review' button. You'll need to create a free consumer account (or log in if you already have one). You'll be asked to rate the provider on a 5-star scale and write a short review describing your experience. We encourage honest, respectful reviews that help others make informed decisions. Reviews are moderated to ensure they comply with our guidelines.

Yes. If you're a funeral director, you can claim your listing through our provider portal. Once claimed, you'll be able to update your Standardised Price List, manage your business information, respond to reviews, upload photos, and access analytics. Price alerts let you know when a funeral director updates their prices. To set one up, create a free consumer account and visit any funeral director's profile page. Click the 'Notify me of price changes' button (bell icon). You'll receive an email whenever that provider publishes an updated Standardised Price List. You can manage or cancel your alerts at any time from your account dashboard.

We take data accuracy seriously. Our pricing data comes directly from funeral directors' published CMA Standardised Price Lists. We regularly audit listings and flag inconsistencies. If you spot a price that looks incorrect, please let us know using the 'Report incorrect pricing' link on any provider's page — we'll investigate and correct it promptly. Providers who claim their listings can update their prices directly, which helps keep data current.

We'll forward your enquiry directly to the funeral director, who will get back to you — usually within 1–2 business days. Your contact details are shared only with the providers you choose to contact.

Coverage depends on which funeral directors have published CMA-compliant Standardised Price Lists. We are actively adding new providers as they publish their price lists. If you know a funeral director who isn't listed, encourage them to get in touch or publish their SPL.
